2017 / 2018 Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and Non Practising Renewal
Before you start your application, please be aware that your CPD points in ENHANCE will be checked at the time you make your declaration. Pharmacists making false declarations will receive communications from the Registrar and issue of an APC may be affected.
Anyone who wishes to practice in New Zealand as a pharmacist, MUST be registered with the Council AND hold a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Your current practising certificate expires on 31 March 2017. To continue practising from 1 April 2017, you must have submitted your online application by 31 March 2017.
Please note all sections are to be correctly and honestly completed.
